Media Production Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and achieve sales targets within the media production industry.

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to position Sarea-Flo Productions as a leader in the market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their media production needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Collaborate with the production team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms that are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

• Represent Sarea-Flo Productions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.

• Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and business development activities for management review.

• Assist producers in coordinating and managing production schedules, logistics, and resources.

• Coordinate pre-production and post-production activities, including scheduling meetings, booking locations, and arranging equipment rentals.

• Assist in organizing and maintaining production documents, including scripts, shot lists, and production schedules.

• Communicate effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.

• Assist with on-set production tasks, such as setting up equipment, organizing props, and ensuring a smooth production workflow.

• Support producers in administrative tasks, including expense tracking, invoicing, and maintaining production files and records.

• Conduct research and gather information as needed for production planning and development.

• Provide general office support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.

• Proven track record in business development or sales within the media production industry, with a strong understanding of production processes and client needs.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas persuasively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
