SFP Actor’s Lab is the professional training division of Sarea-Flo Productions, a woman-owned production company with over 15 years of experience across film, television, commercials, and live events. Created to bridge the gap between training and real-world production, the Lab offers structured, industry-driven instruction led by working directors, producers, and voiceover artists. Our approach is rooted in application, preparation, and execution equipping actors with practical tools for auditions, rehearsals, and on-set performance. Designed to reflect the discipline and standards of the entertainment industry, SFP Actor’s Lab serves actors locally, nationally, and internationally through in-person and virtual training, preparing them to perform with confidence, professionalism, and creative excellence.

SFP Actor’s Lab offers 5-week structured courses, each designed to focus on a specific area of performance and skill development.

Each course is taught in weekly sessions, allowing students to build progressively while receiving consistent instruction and feedback.
Actors may enroll in individual courses or continue training through multiple sessions. Students who complete a full 5-week course receive a Certificate of Completion from SFP Actor’s Lab.
