About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Media Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and visibility of Sarea-Flo Productions through strategic marketing initiatives and effective media management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for video production, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record in digital marketing and media management.
Requirements
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive client acquisition.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Content Creation and Management:
 Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and blogs.
Manage the production of promotional videos, advertisements, and other multimedia content.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
SEO and SEM:
 Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Client Relations and Networking:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Represent Sarea-Flo Productions at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Analytics and Reporting:
  Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and CRM systems.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to refine marketing strategies.
Team Collaboration:
 Work closely with the production team to ensure marketing efforts align with project goals and timelines.
Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers as needed to enhance marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles. Experience in the video production industry is a plus.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management software).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
